Shipping policy

We offer free express UK delivery, on orders received before 1200 GMT, which takes two to three business days. Items are sent on a Tracked 48 service. Royal Mail will text and/or email the number/email address you leave at checkout when your parcel is en route. Deliveries are made between 9 am and up to 6 pm.

UK next day delivery costs £5 via DHL for orders received before 1200 GMT. DHL will text and/or email the number/email address you leave at checkout when your parcel is en route. Deliveries are made between 9 am and up to 8 pm.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses. We deliver all our products to anywhere within mainland United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands) via Royal Mail.

Your parcel will be despatched between 1 to 2 business days of your order.

We cannot dispatch or deliver parcels on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. Please also note that we cannot deliver on Tuesdays following a Bank Holiday, or on Bank Holiday Fridays. Deliveries are generally made from Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on a Friday after 12 pm will be dispatched the following Monday.

While deliveries can be made to workplaces and hospitals, we suggest sending parcels to a domestic address. For non-domestic addresses, please supply as much information as possible.

Some hospitals or workplaces may have restricted entry to wards/departments or are unable to receive deliveries at weekends. If the delivery person cannot gain entry, the parcel may be returned to us meaning you’ll have to pay for postage again.

We rely on third parties to provide delivery services. We are not responsible if estimated timelines are not met.
