Refund policy

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to help.

In line with UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within a cooling-off period of 14 working days, beginning the day after you receive your goods.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original unopened packaging. Returns must cover the full order, we are unable to accept returns for individual items from a multi-item order.

We do not accept returns of personalised items (including orders with a handwritten card), food and drink products, gift cards or personal care products.

We will replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us with a photo and we'll arrange this promptly.

Returns must be sent at your expense within 14 days, using a tracked and signed-for service. We strongly recommend insuring returned items for their full value. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds are issued to the original purchaser via their original payment method only. If you received the item as a gift, please ask the person who placed the order to contact us directly.

If you've made an error with your shipping address, please get in touch immediately and we'll do our best to amend it before dispatch. We're unable to make changes or accept responsibility for undelivered items once an order has shipped.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Please note that postage and packaging charges are non-refundable.
